Games Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the following mobile applications:

  • Marble Machine
  • Carrom Deluxe 3D

These applications are developed and operated by Matthias Wutschke, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider".

The apps are provided "as is" and are intended for an international audience. The apps do not require user registration and do not create user accounts.

The apps may collect certain technical and usage-related information as described below. The scope of data processing depends on the specific app.

General Information

Depending on the app and enabled features, the following types of information may be processed:

No personal content is collected, and no user profiles are created.

2.1 Marble Machine

Advertising

Marble Machine displays in-app advertisements. Advertising services may process:

  • IP address
  • Device information
  • Ad interaction data

This data is used solely for ad delivery and frequency capping. Data processing is handled by third-party advertising services in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

In-App Purchases

Marble Machine offers optional in-app purchases. Purchase processing is handled exclusively by the respective app store platform, Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

The Service Provider receives only information about the purchase status, for example whether a purchase was successful. No payment or billing information is processed or stored by the Service Provider.

Analytics

Marble Machine uses analytics services for technical usage analysis and app stability purposes. No custom analytics events are implemented by the Service Provider, and analytics data is not used for profiling or marketing purposes.

Analytics data may include:

  • Technical usage data
  • Device and runtime information
  • Crash and diagnostic information

2.2 Carrom Deluxe 3D

Advertising

Carrom Deluxe 3D displays in-app advertisements. Advertising services may process:

  • IP address
  • Device information

Online Leaderboard

Carrom Deluxe 3D includes an online leaderboard feature. For this purpose, the following data may be processed:

  • User-chosen nickname

The leaderboard is provided by a third-party service. No user accounts are created, and no authentication or contact data are collected.

Analytics

Carrom Deluxe 3D uses analytics services for technical usage analysis and app stability purposes. No custom analytics events are implemented by the Service Provider, and analytics data is not used for profiling or marketing purposes.

Analytics data may include:

  • Technical usage data
  • Device and runtime information
  • Crash and diagnostic information

3. Data Sharing

The Service Provider does not sell or rent personal data.

Data may be processed by third-party services only to the extent necessary to provide core app functionality, such as advertising, analytics or in-app purchases, and only in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Data Security

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are used to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. Game progress and app settings are stored locally on the user's device only.

These locally stored data are encrypted using industry-standard encryption methods, based on AES encryption. No locally stored data are transmitted to external servers.

5. Children's Privacy

The apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. Advertising content, if shown, is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not personalized.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data through the app, please contact the Service Provider so the information can be removed.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, for example when app features change or new functionality is introduced.

Any updates will be published with a revised "Last updated" date.
